We ship only in the continental United States of America. Our default shipping method is USPS. Allow 2-4 weeks max. for all general products, 6-10 weeks for imprinted materials and products, and up to 10 weeks or more for specialized or custom products. All shipping will commence after your payment(s) have been accepted, cleared, and applied.

WE accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover card, and Paypal payments. We accept mail orders payable in U.S dollars in the form of checks and money orders. Delivery will commence after payment has been received, cleared, and accepted. Please allow two extra weeks for personal checks. You must send the correct amount of payment in order for delivery to commence. Express deliveries require/incur higher shipping fees; and some items may require additional shipping costs. As our customer, we have your express permission to charge these additional fees to you. No purchases may be purposefully reproduced or duplicated by any party.

Under no circumstance will there be refunds of shipping, handling, and service fees as these fees are consumed by the shipper/deliverer. We are not responsible for damages caused in shipping or by the shippers. You must take up a claim with the shipper if they lost or damaged your products.

C.O.D. orders are not available. There will be no delivery of any kind to P.O. boxes. Credit card purchases require a street address, and will not be accepted unless such is provided and legitimate. We reserve the right to reject any payments/orders. We reserve the the right to decline any refunds, replacements, repairs, and/or substitutions.

We do not bill anybody (you must make full proper payment). We discourage payment by cash through mail. Any payments to us not in the correct amount will result in financial and product loss to you. Pinktickles/Pinktickles.com are registered names and owned by CMM. No one has permission to use either name (except in goodwill and for advertising us and referring others to us) unless expressed in writing and signed by Pinktickles.com's owner.

Resellers of our products are independently self-employed salespersons/retailers, etc. of our products, and to whom we supply our products at a wholesale price for their personal/business use purposes of reselling our products. We act as the supplier. By becoming a subwholesaler, you agree with and accept that you are self-employed; responsible for all aspects of being self-employed including required licenses, etc; you will make at least one purchase per year from us to remain an active subwholesaler/reseller of our product; and indemnify and protect Pinktickles from any and all claims of any type (including your own claims of financial loss) and of any and all losses including financial as a result of such claims, against you and/or against us including any claims of negligence of service whether the claims are from third parties or yourself or not. we guarantee only that the selling of our products is designed for you to earn profits in your own employ. We do not guarantee you will apply selling techniques or sell items to earn an income for yourself, or become rich, or profit, as this opportunity rests solely upon yourself and what you decide to make out of it.
